This hotel is highly not recommended. The rooms are dirty, there's no QRIS, the neighborhood is congested, the building is old and dusty, the air conditioning is outdated, and worst of all... there's no elevator! Absolutely not recommended!

There is no water heater in my room.

The service was excellent, and the staff were all helpful. What was really disappointing was that the hotel wasn't what it used to be. It was a shame, as it used to be great. Now there's no hot water, no shower caps, and none of the rooms have water heaters. Apparently, that's the owner's policy.

It looked like it hadn't been occupied or cleaned in a long time, and there was dust all over it. The sheets were dirty.

The mattress sagged, tilting to the left, making my whole body ache. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. It looked like the cabinets needed replacing because dust was everywhere.

Everything looked neglected and needed rejuvenation. The shower, in particular, leaked frequently.

Friendly staff, safe car parking.

Not suitable for those carrying a lot of luggage, because you have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor.
