There was no staff to assist, and the security guard was unhelpful. The bed linens were smelly and dirty, and the floor was filthy. There were missing amenities, the air conditioner smelled terrible, and there were many ants. During my 6-day stay, there were 2 days without electricity and water. When I called for room support, the staff said they had just changed the water the day before and didn't need to. I advise against staying here if you are a perfectionist and a clean freak. It was terrible.

The security guard was enthusiastic and friendly. There was a small leak in the kitchen area of my room, but it was fine after wiping it up. Staying for one night was okay.

This area seemed less crowded, so the furnishings weren't as good as other Cozrum locations (I've tried quite a few Cozrum branches using my own or my friends' accounts). Overall, it was fine after a few days. Maybe the room category I chose was random, so that's just my personal experience.

The bed sheets are itchy, like they've been left for years. The safety lock is broken.

The room was dirty, old, dusty, and had mosquitoes. The air conditioner wasn't cool. I told the staff, but they weren't willing to help. I had to contact the hotel via Line (the head admin) before they could help fix it. The area outside the hotel was dirty.

The security guard was super enthusiastic. My family suddenly had to stay an extra night and he helped us change rooms. We booked the wrong day and they also helped us change. Before leaving, he even gave my daughter some grapefruit segments. I wish you good health.

I booked a room on the 2nd floor, the TV was a bit noisy, especially the room next to the hot water heater was so noisy I couldn't sleep.
