Yesterday when we checked in, the hotel room door handle was broken, so we were asked to move to the empty room next door. Unfortunately, in the next room, the hot water was off in the bathroom, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The TV had no signal and YouTube couldn't be accessed, but the staff were very friendly and willing to help us with other solutions to the problem. The kids also enjoyed being able to swim and there were lots of food stalls outside and places to eat like meatball soup, chicken noodles, and fried rice at night.

The receptionist is not on standby 24 hours a day, so I can't ask if there is a swimming pool for children.

At first I thought it was on the left side of the road from Gadog, but it turned out to be on the right side of the road, because on Google Maps it was on the left side of the highway. The room was spacious, clean, but the TV had minimal channels, not many choices, Trans TV, Trans 7, RCTI, etc. couldn't. The hotel was quiet, not very popular. Breakfast was only one menu (rice porridge, rice vermicelli, fried tempeh, balado egg + sweet tea + orange). There was a canteen, but it wasn't operating.

Very quiet, horror, after 12 o'clock there is no guard or security guard.

The point is it is not bad for families, the service is also friendly and polite.

The hotel is comfortable, the AC is great, the food is okay, the place is good too.
