Hotel staff are friendly and fast in service

Staying at Swiss-Belinn Wahid Hasyim was truly enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities worked perfectly. The hot water was always on, making showers more relaxing at any time. The air conditioning was also very cool and worked optimally, ensuring a truly restful night after a long day of activities. The hotel's strategic location and easy access make it perfect for both business trips and short vacations in Jakarta. Furthermore, the hotel's ambiance was clean and tidy, with friendly staff. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying and highly recommended.

Strategic location, clean rooms, recommended

I booked a room yesterday, but encountered a problem because Traveloka gave me a hotel voucher that didn't match my reservation. I stayed in the room listed, and the hotel gave me two complimentary drinks because of the issue.

All was good, nothing to complain.

It's really comfortable here, it's easy to get there, but the TV has no picture and the signal is cut off because of the "demo". The bed is comfortable and doesn't make you feel sleepy. Thank you.

The location is very strategic and comfortable, it's not noisy even though it's on the side of the road. I stayed there during the August 17th Independence Day event because I couldn't go home because there were a lot of road closures.

friendly and fast service, got a room in the west building on the 2nd floor for 1 night, the floor was a bit dirty, the toothbrush amenities were not suitable for use, I tried it and it turned out that after only a few strokes the toothbrush was brittle and the bristles were coming off, the hot water worked, the toilet was clean, the bathroom was clean, the drinking water heater worked. overall it would be better if the room was really clean and the amenities were updated.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The location is very strategic, with everything nearby, plenty of food and shopping options.

Nice to be there.. Very close to Grand Indonesia mall and Plaza Indonesia, and you can reach it by walking.

This hotel does not provide laundry & pressing services, but provides an iron that I can borrow, thank you for your help.

The service was very friendly and helpful, especially to Ms. Yeni/the staff at the reception when we arrived.

Super friendly, really helpful for me who had to have breakfast at 4:00 AM because of half marathon preparation, the hospitality is really cool!

Entering the lobby it was already cool and fresh, the lobby was fragrant... the corridor and room were cold... unfortunately I asked for a non-smoking room but it was not available
