The reception team is the standout feature—they are attentive and quick to respond to guest concerns. ​The Cons: Unfortunately, the first room I was assigned had several issues. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, and the toilet was quite cramped and not up to standard regarding cleanliness. ​The Resolution: I brought these concerns to the front desk, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. They quickly arranged a room change for me. The second room was a significant improvement—much cleaner, more comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. ​Summary: I appreciate a team that takes feedback seriously and acts fast. Because of their excellent service recovery, I would still consider staying here again.

The room was moderately good and clean, but the toilet could be improved. The toilet is small and the low water pressure made showering less satisfying. The water heater on the 3rd floor was broken; I had to go downstairs and cross the street to get hot water from the lobby. The location is very close to the food court, the festival site, and also the Jeruk Madu Pak Ali shop.
