Even though there was still 1 more day, so it ruined my mood... They should have checked how many days the guest was staying first. This second mistake was the most fatal, on November 22nd, around 11:00 PM the AC suddenly went off and the room became hot and stuffy... I called the receptionist and sent a technician, checked the AC and it still wouldn't turn on, checked all the MCBs and there were no trips but the AC wouldn't turn on, 10 minutes later I was given the AC remote and tested it and it could turn on... After it turned on, it turned out that at 1:30 AM it turned off again, the staff offered to move rooms, why didn't they think about it, my wife and children were already fast asleep and at 1:30 AM they told me to move rooms? My eyes are sleepy, tired, and my body is sore. I also want to rest until dawn, but the AC turns itself off every 45 minutes and has to be turned on every 45 minutes...
