Always had a good time in Pullman Bandung. Very nice hotel and the location is in the heart of the city. The breakfast was also good.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and all information was provided clearly. The breakfast menu was varied, and the in-room dining prices were very reasonable for a 5-star hotel.

The hotel receptionist was slow, after registering data, matching order data and leaving luggage in the morning, at night when I wanted to check in it took a long time and the receptionist was confused, wasting time.

Stayed the first day, for breakfast there were no spoons, no glasses, dirty plates piled up without anyone taking them, lots of empty food, the second day we were told to wait a long time in line for breakfast, wanted to get a drink, the staff said they would get it later but they didn't.

Nice, comfortable, clean. Sleeping is also good.

This is our first time staying at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. It was amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff were just so genuinely friendly. Our room was clean and quite spacious. Location-wise, it was perfect for exploring everything.
