Amazing property, location. Food everything, I’ve never liked staying at a place so much, and ive been all over world including Europe and Asia. The hospitality is amazing. Jose ignacio made our trip very special, he works at the restaurant he helped us with recommendations and everything. Will be coming back as long as he stays here.

They specify about the breakfast. It’s only coffee or tea and a small fruit and a small juice that’s it. You had to push the rest.

it was a conveniently located hotel near popular attractions, right in the middle of town, making it super easy to walk everywhere during the day. However, it can get a bit sketchy at night, though that is pretty typical for any hotel located right in the center of town. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Though it's no big deal, the TV channels were limited and the shower nozzles were a bit confusing to figure out at first. What made me second guess the hotel a little, though, was the lack of AC. Even though it was the middle of summer, the temperature wasn't actually that bad just keep in mind to leave the window open when you're out to keep a nice breeze going. Aside from all that, I definitely recommend staying here. It has a great artistic vibe that gives it an aesthetic, luxurious feel perfect for anyone who appreciates unique decor and great photo spots. Plus, the food at the restaurant was really great. It really feels like a hidden gem!

Poor air conditioning, could be cleaner and shower quality isn’t the best

We enjoyed our stay, 5he location was excellent for our needs. Don't be put off by the main road location the room we had was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast included was tiny but there are some nice affordable options. The staff were great and extremely hel0ful.

This cute hotel is very close to public transport. The breakfast is simple but you can order from the menu if you are really hungry.

No te avisan que no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Dice que incluye desayuno que crees que es completo pero 1 día antes te dicen que es continental, o sea, solo fruta, jugo y café. El lugar es muy bonito pero la zona no es muy segura ni bonita para salir a caminar tranquilo. La ropa de cama parecía polvosa, nada de olor a limpio. Al final terminé comprando desayuno y sí estaba rico. En las fotos piensas que hay piscina para uso común pero no, es solo para una habitación específica. No hay muchas áreas comunes.

Quaint boutique hotel close to zocalo (8 min walk). Perfect for couples. Loved the concept and decor. Breakfast was yummy (juice, fruit, and coffee). Restaurant on premises. Appreciated the water and soda replenished daily.

Bed in the cheapest room capsule was too hard but nice place.

The art displayed was enchanting and wit a cheerful mood. But the sleeping space was very weird. When I reserved , I was not aware of the restricted space for the beds. Next time I need to put more attention what kind of a room I will reserve. Additionally at night when it was time to sleep, it was extremely noisy, it was literally like someone was slamming doors all night.

Positives: Clean room and friendly staff Cons: Hard bed, no AC, and hard to control shower faucet. We booked a King bed room. Once we checked in our room was still being cleaned. The staff fixed this quickly by giving us a different room. Our stay was for 3 nights and overall enjoyed the stay for the price we paid.
