This was our first time but definitely not our last! Everything was outstanding, from the staff, the room, and the location, it was great all around.

Originally booked a room for one king size bed and somehow the reservation came thru for two queen size beds . Went into the room and the bathroom shower and sink were dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work well so i was moved into another room

Great amenities for the price. Just what you need and expect for a value-priced hotel option. Highly recommend.

We stayed with friends and needed a place after a local concert. It is a quick and easy location. Everything was modern, minimalist and clean. The room was small but had everything needed and was comfortable and clean. It is a perfect spot for a short stay, clean bathroom and good night sleep. The breakfast had a good selection and fulfilled a basic breakfast. I would stay again if in the Kalamazoo area as it was perfect for a one or two night stay. This is a great no frills stay for families, couples, single or for business.

Room had a funky moldy smell. A lot of things were loose and not maintained. Property needs to pay attention to the details. Property in good location and otherwise fine

We didn't get to stay at the property due to Expedia over booking the rooms for the hotel.

Was perfect clean, quiet and affordable, will stay there again next time we come out to go to Bell’s

Clean but spartan in terms of amenities. No coffee maker in the room. No plastic cup to drink water out of. Building is reasonably quiet, especially given the location. Slow check-in and had to pay $50, which I am supposed to get back when I check out.

One night stay while traveling back home from a reunion in Michigan. Excellent experience with accomodations.

They thought our room was vacant and came in at 8 in the morning and front desk called that early too. We checked in properly the day before.

I absolutely recommend this location. I stayed there several ago when it was brand new and it still in a like new condition.

Front desk people were super nice. There’s an Arby’s and a Denny’s and that’s it.

Property is getting a bit run down . Had problems with sink draining but staff was responsive and helpful

Overall I had a good experience.

staff was very helpful and professional. they need another person to keep the breakfast area stocked and cleaner.
