Hotel Buchserhof is a great place to base yourself if you are planning to visit Liechtenstein. First of all the location of the Buchserhof is fantastic I chose to stay here because I was spending a few days in Liechtenstein and the hotel is literally round the corner from Buchs SG station which has great bus and rail connections into Schaan which is Liechtenstein's largest town and transport hub. You also pay a fraction of what you would for accommodation of the same standard in Vaduz. In terms of the hotel itself it is fantastic value for money. For the money you pay you get a very comfortable and clean room the 2 nights I stayed there were very pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, the room facilities were very good and the bathroom was clean and had everything you would expect from a mid range hotel bathroom. As long as the shower is clean and hot I am a happy man and those boxes were definitely ticked. I would also like to complement the Buchserhof's staff every single interaction I had with the front desk team from arrival to check-out and everything in-between was fantastic. They even printed off my ticket to the Liechtenstein-Belgium game for me which was much appreciated. When you consider that would pay double perhaps even more for a hotel of the same standard in Liechtenstein it is a no brainer to come to the Buchserhof Excellent value for money and a very pleasant stay! I will be back

The room were spacious the bed how ever was extremely uncomfortable. The fridge is barely cold with no adjustment. Staff was kind Breakfast Staff was amazing and helpful. Location was nice many food and drink options in walking distances

Wasn’t our favorite hotel but sufficient if you understand what you are getting into. The location is really good being only a few minute walk from a large train station. The service was fine, nothing spectacular but they held our bags for us and weren’t rude or unfriendly. The room was not good. Very small with no air conditioning and very poor circulation. It was cool outside (~18° C/65° F) and the room was probably ~27° C/80° F which was very uncomfortable. No fan in the room or bathroom. We got a small fan from the front desk but that barely helped. We had to have the windows wide open all night and there is a lot of loud car and bus traffic outside. To make matters worse we tried to do laundry (which cost 8 CHF!) and the machines were extremely difficult to get working then the washer left our clothes soaking wet which required us to dry multiple times and was still damp. After staying up an hour or two later than we wanted to get our clothes dry we gave up and had to hang them which were still barely dry in the morning.

Nice hotel downtown Buchs, next to the station. Nice, functional & clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Continental breakfast. Excellent restaurant.

The location of the hotel is good Bit expensive for what you get Don't expect much, the furniture feels old and not maintained and the rooms ( single rooms) are not that good regarding the space and not being occupied with fridges The breakfast is very limited and poor variety. The staff are helpful and friendly specially the room service. generally it's okay experience
