Great little property. The room looked new and we have enjoyed the private hot.spring bath very much. More than enough room for a family of 5.

The staff goes out of their way to help you out with your requests. The breakfast offers a great range of variety and the kitchen staff are so welcoming and quick with cleaning up the plates and tables. The hotel is conveniently located with a short 5 min walk to the train station. Lots of food options around.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. Like before, it still maintains the high standard in their services to all their guests.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Although it is small in scale, but filled with good and nutritious food. The hot spring tub in each room is the main attraction, as good as expected. The cons; in this area, the sidewalk is rarely accessible because it is taken over by the shops, so tourists have to walk on the side of the road with busy traffic, that is the main discomfort. Air quality in the road is not good. The hotel is close to train and bus station, within 5 to 10 mins walk.

The location is convenient.

Everything was great just that spent too little day in this hotel to enjoy the hot spring in the room. 3 days 2 nights just not enough!

Amazing new hotel (May 2023) a stone throw away from the excitement of Jiaoxi town. Clean and comfortable, recommended for young family. Free carpark available, can be improved if place is equipped with a washer and dryer

We are required to stay in their newly open hotel at 118 section 2 Jiaoxi, which is a few streets away cos the hotel that we book is undergoing some renovation. We are very happy and blessed as the hotel was brand new, the facilities are fantastic. I had to comment that their staffs from the Recep to the cleaner and to the kitchen are so friendly and helpful. They will go the extra mile. Myself and my 3 other friends are so impressed that they insist I write a review. Keep up the good works!

the room I was stayed little smore, in room don't chair to sit. hot spring water tup in the room was good. the morning breakfast was good. Over all with the money I paid was good. Thank you

Great variety of food provided during breakfast but need to select breakfast slot hour. Nice area to cook food in spring area with one area to soak feet in spring water

只能說沒比較沒傷害，去年入住葛瑪蘭之星，想說同是葛瑪蘭體系應該不會差太多，結果一住進去，幾個地方差異： 1.對外雖有窗，但基本上與隔壁透天厝相距1公尺多的防火巷，基本上陽光進不太進來，跟住無窗房型差不多。 2.房間浴池較小，然後也沒辦法像其它間有可以透明玻璃看電視。 3.沒有什麼公設，沒露天浴池，但這是入住前就知道了是還好，但櫃台人員沒特別介紹可去另一間泡湯(不含葛瑪蘭之星)。 4.聽的到隔壁聲音，還有管線水流的聲音。 5.溫泉魚的時間不知道為什麼會晚至下午2點開始，另一間葛瑪蘭之星早上就可以了。 但有件事值得讚許，那就是隔日早餐是滿豐盛的，有小卷、白蝦之類的。
