When I entered my room the cleaning had not been completed entirely. I had to call the front desk and they said they would send someone up. I waited for a few minutes and no one came. I had to call again. I couldn’t use the bathroom because it wasn’t cleaned

Breakfast was good. Parking was free. Staff was really friendly

Hotel was clean, staff were accommodating. Rooms are really big. Breakfast had both hot and cold selections. Location is perfect if visiting the farmers market. There was a hockey tournament staying at the hotel which created a lot of noise during the stay which wasn’t addressed by staff. Towels are hard to come by and number in the room is restricted. Would stay again.

The hotel is new and very clean. The double studio room was very spacious for a family. They serve a hot breakfast which was very good. The pool and gym area are new and very clean. A quick walk to St. Jacobs market.

Amazing experience! The room was super clean and the two king beds were a game-changer for our family trip. The staff members are hardworking, friendly, and well-presented. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during my stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Breakfast was good, fresh and hot. Parking was plentiful and safe. Garbage bins were emotied when we were there, but the truck left lots of large cardboard and paper was blowing into the flowerbeds. The pool was absolutely free,ing and we could go in it during our stay. On our last day we enjoyed the warm pool at the hotel next door.

The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast options were great! There was a nice pool and large fitness center. Close proximity to restaurants and theatre! I would definitely recommend!
