There are lots of amenities such as a very large enclosed pool, horseshoes, seating along the river. Would not recommend the ground floor "river view." The cars parked in the parking lot block any possible view and it is noisy when cars come and go outside the room. In addition soundproofing is not great so noise from upper floor resonates to lower floor. Caveat, don't reserve a room in the front, the highway noise is awful. The rooms have been refurbished but it still has the feel of an older place.

It was very nice for the price. Everybody there was super friendly. It was a very good experience. The one thing that I would suggest from the stay thst was a little frustrating, was the fact that the tub in room 101 was not draining properly. When you shower, it fills up the tub with out draining . So I am suggesting to get some drain cleaner for that tub.

“I had a pleasant stay here. We arrived very late, but the ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and friendly — their kindness washed away all the fatigue from our journey.”

Overall, the Flying Saddle is decent. The quality is good, not great. It is fairly self-contained with no real external connection to anything. After paying similar rates in West Yellowstone where the room was more comfortable, a full sit-down breakfast was provided and we were 1/4 mile from the park entrance, I have to say the Flying Saddle is overpriced.

The front desk closes at 10 PM. After Grand Teton visit, we decided to have a dinner at Jackson before driving to hotel! We are glad that we came just before 10. If not, you have to call the number and someone would have to come to help you. The bathroom was small. The door was may be two inches away from the toilet. I have never seen small bathroom like this at 3 star property! There is no Elevator! We had to carry all our bags to second floor! It was not easy. The carpet was dirty! The furniture is outdated. I think they need to upgrade carpet and furniture. Breakfast included limited items - no HOT breakfast. It was grab & go! I would not consider this place 3 star! It is not. I was very disappointed Expedia showing this property as 3-star!
