Ac does work. Never works. Essential for this city weather.. u will get a fan at best.

Very good service from the cleaning ladies; the rooms were clean.

The view to the beach was great. All though the location was ok the room was not as great. Only one outlet for 5 people to charge our phones was terrible. The shower was unexceptionable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends.

Hotel Royalty is an old facility, with a lot of room for improvement, mattresses were uncomfortable, AC didn't work properly sheets and towels' quality was barely enough, it was expensive for the offered service. Nice port and sea views. Very well located for a nice stroll and for jogging along the malecon.

Loved our short stay here. Great friendly service and clean.

Para pasar la noche esta bien aunque le hace falta mantenimiento a los sanitarios se ven ya muy dañados por la salitre.

Mal. La verdad la propiedad deja mucho que desear, muy vieja, descuidada, los baños son horribles. El costo no vale la habitación que te proporcionan.

We loved the location the beach was just across the street. Our room had an ocean view which it was amazing. The only thing we didn't like it's that it becomes a chaos having all guests around the front desk at check-in time (3pm)

Right infront of the pier, breakfast buffet was really good and staff was really friendly First room assined, cooling system too noisy and window view to a wall. We asked to be changed to another foom and view was great and no cooling system noise, but full of cockroaches. We had to kill around 15 cockroaches inside the room, in between the bed and the bed base, walking on the bed, terrible. We didnt ask for another room changed becuase at the front desk they said before that there were no more rooms available. So, we had to buy a insecticide and removed the bed clothes and slept with clothes on.

It was cheap so that's good, and what was not hood was that the bathrooms were stinky

Este hotel lo visitaba de niña y este año que volvi en temporada de carnaval queria revivir mi recuerdo y fue muy buena elecion pues el servicio fue excelente muy bien la limpieza y el plus el buffet en la mañana por cargo extra se losnrecomiendo mucho
