Staff did nothing about the kids running around all hours of the night or the parents partying in the lobby.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The pool area is exceptional. The children had a great time on the water slide, in the pool and in the hot tub.

Clean room, friendly staff nice hotel. Just need to spread out the breakfast buffet a little bit congested.

The front desk was fantastic!

Generally very good. Room plumbing was backwards, hot to the right. Tv was off a while and no channel guide

This is the second multi night stay for our family at this hotel and it will certainly not be the last. Staff is wonderfully helpful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is consistent. The hotel is vibrant and bustling; the kids cannot wait to come back

The staff are always pleasant and the breakfasts are fabulous! The pool is a great source of entertainment for the grandkids!

The service staff are very considerate.

Clean room and pool area. Lights in room required a card to enable them, and some lights in room stayed on with card in the reader with no way to turn them off. Accent lights above tv flickered but was able to turn off with switch.

Great time staying in clean new facility, staff is fantastic and helpful. Just not happy with over run the hallways and main areas were full of children. They took over every single public area and there was easily 20 to 30 kids in the hallway and they would not listen to staff or leave until very late. The fact that there were so many people taking up all of the areas we were confined to our room, which is not fun when you’re in the location that’s not very close in walking distance to anything.
