The room was spotless, very clean. The welcoming was very positive, really friendly owner. Amazing building and garden. Free car park. Short distance to town center, 5 min walk. Excellent breakfast, good service.

A delightful hotel which offered me a warm and efficient welcome. The room was immaculate and cosy. The cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious and filling, in a warm and clean setting. The service was professional and friendly. I would have loved to have stayed more than one night to relax a little more and enjoy the environment. Highly recommended!

I had a single room on the ground floor and it was rather small.

Super hotel. Well maintained mid-Victorian gothic building,well placed for town and excellent value given quality of room, service and breakfast.

Stayed for one night on a bed & breakfast basis. Lovely hotel near to the centre of Malvern. Very welcoming friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Lovely bar & guest lounge. Breakfast was varied & well cooked. All local produce. Lovely gardens & parking available on hotel drive. Also noted you could park on road outside. Would definitely revisit.

I loved our stay here. It was a last minute find and only for one night but next time it will be my first choice for however long!! The food in the restaurant was up with the best I’ve had and beautifully presented. Thanks for having us!!

Fantastic lovely hotel

Loved our stay at cotford hotel, the decor is beautiful. We stayed in one of the basic rooms it was small but beautifully decorated and the amenities in the room were spot on. Very clean. Great location to hills and town which had a range of pubs and shops. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Have not got a bad word to say about this hotel. Malvern itself is beautiful, we only stayed one night as there are so many other beautiful places near by to visit as well.

Nicely decorated

Just loved it. Different type of place.

Nice house from the outside. But horrifyingly bordello pink inside. And our room had low ceilings and no view, despite asking . Good breakfast. Restaurant closed.
