The room was lovely and clean and the bed was fantastic. The staff are amazing and attentive and are happy to help make the stay feel welcoming. The ourdoor area is top notch, comfortable seats and lots of space to relax in the sun. The hotel is not far from all the areas youll want to go and plenty of taxis or car hiring as well. Our only complaints are, we had repeating trouble with the wifi which would shut down and stop working regularly, on one of our nights the lights in our room turned on while we were sleeping and would not turn off. It was also quite noisy but not enough to cause us to lose any sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel as a go to spot and we are considering returning next year.

Wonderful stay from the first minutes entering the hotel. Great staff and lovely room. Had dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was excellent. Breakfast both mornings was exceptional. Helped us find transportation to our next stop.

I was put in a room and they had workers doing construction work ON MY BALCONY. you know, cutting metal with a saw, painting the fence, installing tent. So I was in a room with 4 men on my balcony peering inside for 8 hours/day. A lot of noise and smell from painting. I had multiple discussions with the property, explaining to them that that was unacceptable. They offered to change my room but only after two days because they were full. They said they did not understand why I was making such a fuss, since the other customers were fine... 😂 Zero customer service, a huge culture gap. So, very bad experience. Unless of course you are someone that enjoys men peering into your room when you are undressed...

I had the most amazing 3 night stay at Alsus! The room had the most comfortable bed I slept in ever in Europe. The complimentary breakfast was always plentiful and delicious. The pool area is pristine, and during my stay in April, it was empty! The beach is a short 4 min walk away. The local bus connects the hotel to the airport for ease as well.

Parken war direkt an der Unterkunft möglich, das ganze Hotel ist wirklich sehr, sehr schön eingerichtet. Komischerweise gibt es einen Blick auf eine gegenüberliegende Bauruine.

Wir waren zehn Tage in diesem Hotel und sind zwiegespalten. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das moderne und sehr saubere Zimmer, die gepflegte Anlage, die langen Frühstückszeiten (7:30–11 Uhr), das nachhaltige Handtuchkonzept sowie der private Pool, der rund um die Uhr nutzbar ist. Leider gibt es viele technische Probleme: Der „Do Not Disturb“-Knopf legt bei uns das komplette Zimmer lahm und löst sogar die Sicherung aus. Vorhangsteuerung, Klimaanlage und Ventilator funktionieren nur eingeschränkt oder gar nicht. Insgesamt wirkt vieles modern, aber nicht fertig durchdacht oder schlecht gewartet. Auch der Komfort ist eingeschränkt: wenig Stauraum und Ablagefläche, kleines Bett, kaum deutsche TV-Sender. Die größte Enttäuschung ist jedoch die fehlende Privatsphäre. Für ein Zimmer mit Privatpool erwartet man deutlich mehr Abgeschiedenheit. Durch offene Seitenelemente und Glasabtrennungen kann man Nachbarn und andere Gäste problemlos sehen – und wird selbst ebenfalls gesehen, teils sogar bis ins Zimmer hinein. Dadurch mussten wir oft die Vorhänge geschlossen halten. Außerdem wurde das beworbene Ruhekonzept nicht eingehalten, da es am Hauptpool regelmäßig sehr laut war. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit guten Ansätzen, aber für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Komfort, Ruhe und Privatsphäre erwartet.

Parking super facile d’accès. Hôtel très bien situé à 12 min de l’aéroport et du centre ville d’heraklion. Avec une location de voiture tout est à proximité ( restaurants, spa, port, bars). Personnel au top et aux petits soins! Merci à Dimitris pour son accueil chaleureux, ces conseils et sa gentillesse. Les chambres sont vraiment très belles et spacieuses. Une décoration en air avec le style de l’hôtel. Un plus pour la très bonne qualité de l’eau. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec des produits de qualité. Et surtout le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est une pépite ! Que dire, un rapport qualité prix hors norme. Des produits frais et savoureux ! Les sushis sont vraiment bons. Spa partenaire de l’hôtel avec un parcours thermal accessible financièrement et digne d’un spa parisien. On reviendra !

Das Personal stets sehr bemüht und war bei allen Problemen sofort anwesend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr viele vor Ort und einfach zu erreichen. Die Pools sind sehr sauber und werden immer geprüft, ob das Wasser noch passt. Der Wellnessbereich dazu ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre.

Super Zimmer , super Service Personal überaus freundlich! Gut gelegen mit dem Bus schnell in die city! Hotel sehr gepflegt ! Inhaber kümmert sich sehr ums Hotel ! Frühstück super !

Our stay at Alsus Boutique Hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully modern, with great attention to detail throughout the design and atmosphere. The food and drinks were of excellent quality, and we especially appreciated the breakfast, which was diverse and well prepared. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities are plentiful and very well maintained, contributing to a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is good: the beach is only a short walk away, and there’s both a supermarket and a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach Heraklion in about 15 minutes. Overall, Alsus Boutique Hotel combines modern comfort, warm hospitality, and convenience in a perfect way. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Wir waren für 11 Nächte im Alsus Resort und fanden es super schön. Es ist ein kleines, ruhiges Hotel. Die Pools sind sehr angenehm und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, Mini-Kritikpunkt: es hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein dürfen, dennoch sehr lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel in dem man gerne länger bleibt. Was man jedoch wissen muss, von den Haupt-Touristenspots ist etwas abgelegener, aber trotz Flughafennähe-kein Fluglärm.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt (Mädelsurlaub zu zweit) und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen, dadurch jedoch sehr ruhig und eine Oase für Entspannung. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Strandabschnitt, allerdings ist der Strand fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und man kann sich für 6€ am Strand eine Liege mieten. Man erreicht die Innenstadt sehr schnell mit dem Auto oder Taxi. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, sodass uns der Abschied schwer gefallen ist.
