The room was extremely clean, and the hotel staff was exceptional

It was adequate. Comfortable room. Property was very “dated” Staff was great and there was parking underground in a nice garage with a very narrow entrance. All was well!

Clean and modern hotel. Good buffet style breakfast. Location is not close to old town. It takes 20 minutes of walking down the hill to old town or you can drive. No free parking in old town. Around the hotel there are a couple of restaurants but they either are open late for dinner or not open at all. However, there is a market next to the hotel. During the morning it sells local produces and in the evening there are a couple of food stands and bar inside the market that you get local food and drink. Saturday night we even saw flamenco dancing. Hotel has underground parking but it is narrow and steep. Luckily given the time of the year we were able to find free street parking.

The hotel was great. Surrounding not much of anything.

Lovely hotel and excellent morning buffet

Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Room had a mini fridge and tea kettle. Breakfast was good and offered fresh fruit, bread, eggs, and bacon. The area around the hotel isn’t so nice but Setubal in general is a rougher city (we were coming from Lagos area). We had a problem with the safe in our room. The safe did not work. We asked the front desk staff about it multiple times and were told maintenance would fix it. It was never fixed. That was the only problem we had. Everything else was a pleasant experience.

Good hotel if you are coming and going a lot to do sightseeing. There is lots of free parking nearby and a car park but this is a very small area so difficult to manoeuvre if in a big car. The breakfast options were good and many. I’d stay again if in Setúbal.

Great clean place with dining options nearby

The staff were always available and helpful. The hotel is clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is nice to have breakfast downstairs and dinner downstairs as an option, thank you so much. My one comment or suggestions. could you have a staff person park the car in your parking garage. There is so many parking spaces in your hotel but difficult to get into due to the width of the driveway. I had to park two blocks away one night, which the area is safe but it would be nice to have your car when you want the car in front or in the garage. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Breakfast and dinner were very good staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was very nice.

The parking garage access is not easy The breakfast buffet is ok The market next door is great (we were there a saturday night and its a huge party in there wow.

Great service with a very comfortable room. Restaurant and service were top notch.

The hotel itself is OK however if you’re coming with a medium car don’t tempt to park at the garage. We scratched the car, if you have not a big car just really small car can park there or amazing driver. We ate dinner which was not amazing. The room was fine. I was itching all night and felt it wasn’t clean, although there was no evidence.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in at a hotel. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of choice. Parking is underground and free but not for the faint of heart or anyone with a bigger car as its very narrow. We parked in the street one day but it was fine. My only negative is that we didn't find the staff very attentive. They would usually only speak when spoken to first and didn't seem to want to help with any issues that arose. We decided to have a cocktail at the bar but they tasted terrible and when we went to pay there was no one to be seen even though there were about six people waiting.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms that face the sea are noisy in the morning. Otherwise very satisfied.

Limited parking options in the street. Interior parking garage can only accommodate very small cars. Hotel located within a residential area with limited options around the hotel in terms of restaurants.
