Very helpful staff

Generally good hotel, nice room, pleasant staff, inconvenient location for public transportation

The facility is beautiful. The staff are amazing, they helped us with everything we needed, never left us hanging. The only downside to this stay was its a bit limited for things to do and the food options are about a 20 minute walk. Overqll our experience was 9/10. Such a beautiful area and great people.

Excellent Hotel. Hotel is relatively new with spacious rooms, communal kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Guests are encouraged to share these very attractive spaces in line with their needs. No meals are offered but the next door market offers a basic breakfast that is quite adequate for about $5 (AUD). Also there is a Lawson’s next to the market that has the usual range of food and drinks. The Fairfield staff were so friendly and caring! They made us feel very welcome and attended to all our needs and requests. A beautiful hotel, a relaxing and comfortable stay with great views from many rooms across the river to the mountains. Mino is very picturesque in terms of the landscape and the old part of town. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern and comfortable, beautiful riverside location and easy to walk into the old town area of Mino. Free parking. Awesome waterfall shower. No bath, which is unusual for Japan, and no breakfast available although you can go to the service area restaurant next door. Friendly staff, comfortable lounge area at the lobby with coffee.

洗面台が高すぎで、顔が洗えない。 シャワーの使い方が最初わからなくて冷水を全身に浴びてしまった。

Rien à dire, tout était parfait ! Propre, moderne, bien équipé et avec un personnel très à l’écoute. Quelques commerces à proximité mais surtout un petit train plein de charme pour s’y rendre avec la rue Udatsu à quelques minutes à pied, recommande à 100%

清潔で綺麗なホテルだった近くに道の駅やコンビニもあり食には困らない。ただレストランが周りにない。

非常棒的體驗，下次來還會住。唯一可惜是淋浴水龍頭造型太"滑"（一般水龍頭會有凸出的扳手）手上都是肥皂時，洗到一半要調水很困難；甚至不小心就轉成花灑模式，淋的一身冷水。

道の駅が隣接されていてのんびりできました。

シンプルで清潔でスタッフの対応も良く素晴らしかったです。 唯一もう一歩と感じたのは近場での食事がそこまで選択肢がないというところです。宿泊の観点ではサービスも良く満点です。色々な名のあるホテルに泊まってきましたが、一番落ち着いて過ごせたホテルでした。

浴槽があれば尚良かったですが、概ね満足でした

미노에서의 2박은 정말 최고의 선택이었습니다 이 호텔 강력하게 추천합니다 침구류도 샤워수전 마져도 좋았네요 조식이 없는건 아쉽지만 그걸 다 상쇄 할 정도로 주변풍경과 객실 컨디션이 좋네요

スタッフの対応も良く室内も非常に清潔で良かったです

ゆったり出来ました。部屋の使用法についてもう少し説明が欲しい。シャワーに入る際扉があるとは思わなかった。
