Great views and location

The location was absolutely amazing, literally just by the beach. Our two bedroom apartment was on the second floor, it had two bathrooms. Very clean on arrival. Air-conditioning in the living room, no fan in the twin bedroom amd a fan in the double bedroom. There is no pool available, with the beach outside you dont really need one. There is an additional door in the double bedroom that is right by the lift, you can hear the lift ping as it arrives. Also if your neighbours are noisy you will hear them. Reception will assist you if that's the case The staff were very friendly. A definite place to return in the future. There are also 1 bed and studios available.

Super close the beach — couldn’t be any closer. The room was very nice. It was a bit hard to contact the employees as they are only open 9am-2pm and don’t answer messages. But they were helpful when reached. Wifi also didn’t work and wasn’t given during check in

Lovely hotel, Tammy was a great host, would highly recommend and will return, sea views are amazing.

The room was perfect for our group of 3 who wanted a nice and affordable location. To our surprise our room even had a view of the beach. Perfectly located by all beach side restaurants and the bus stop which was perfect to go to and from the Palma airport. The room came equipped with reliable AC, a mini kitchen and refrigerator, and enough towels. The front desk host was extremely friendly, flexible, and provided a smooth check in. Some minor areas to improve would be the hot water seemed to run out after the first person showered. Not a big deal if you’re showering in the summer but something to consider otherwise! Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we’re ever return to Mallorca!

Amazing location and the balcony to die for. Easy check in and tiny effective kitchen and coffeemaker. Excellent value and tons of free street parking around.

We got in late at night and we had clear instructions of how to access the apartment and get our key. Tammy welcomed us the next morning and as a local she recommended buses and places to go see. Apartment was perfect for us as a group of three. Reasonable price and will come back.

Check in easy with instructions sent 48 hours before arrival. Room was basic but with everything required. Staff very approachable and friendly when needed. Fabulous location, balcony was overlooking the road but still had sea views. AC worked perfectly well. Will definitely return!
