A lovely modern hotel in a great location. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond when one of our party was sick and needed medical assistance. Thank you! My only small gripe is the lack of shade provided in the pool area. It was exceptionally hot when we visited and once half a dozen people were up on the roof there was no shade available so the space was not very useable for anyone else.

Great room, wonderful staff

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful, conveniently situated, rooms well thought out and spacious, clean, friendly staff, one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in Europe. The breakfast had ample choices and delicious Greatly recommend staying there.

Great location, very nice hotel. Front desk staff should take a bit of a charm lecture and smile, come across as a bit more friendly. Would go back again.

Perfect location, parking and bar.

Lovely building and entrance to hotel and the suite we stayed in was generally clean and tidy. Disappointed with the fact the restaurant was closed whilst we were there as we were looking forward to eating there. The suite was large and spacious but unfortunately on most nights the outside noise could be heard which is understandable. The only real negative was the last night as we had huge amount of noise due to the masses of teens outside from 9pm all the way till 6am which meant we literally couldn’t get any sleep. Breakfast was ok but not a huge choice. Not the best value for what we paid but overall decent enough

The location is ideal about a minute walk to La Concha beach without the hustle of the crowds on the beach. Also few minutes to shopping areas. The staff at the front desk were so knowledgeable and helpful. Alexandra and Borjes were professional and polite

Excellent location, new room and bathrooms and great parking. Lobby is beautiful.

The staff was efficient but not particularly friendly except the Concierge who was wonderful! Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Hotel location is great! Our room was beautiful; spacious and well appointed. We would stay here again

It was first class all the way absolutely stunning hotels. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. All the staff were wonderful highly recommend.

This hotel is lovely. The entrance and bar area is breathtaking. The location is perfect a few minutes and you’re on the beach. The room was big and spotless and the wine is cheap. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. Do not hesitate to book.
