The stay was okay, I didn’t like that room service was only every other day.

Parking is 30+ dollars daily for hotel guest

Hello, I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, my check-in was not so great. Upon entering my room, there was a strong odor of sweat, cigarettes, and dirty laundry. On top of that, I noticed small bugs in my room each night, including roaches. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom floor, which made it inconvenient and unsafe. Overall, these issues made my stay very uncomfortable. I hope management can address these problems to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you, [Randy ]

Location is not the nicest- there is a lot Of homeless people walking around that area and right next to me the train. Pool area was sometimes not cleaned. And it close way too early 9pm :( bfast as well finishes too early 9h30

Need to improved the quality of cleaning

Did not check in the area around this hotel is loaded with homeless people and unsafe, we just didn’t check into the hotel

Parking is safe and hotel is clean and comfortable and close to the cruise port

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was a great and tasty convenience in the morning.

Two elevators broke down. Had to constantly ask for towels. towels. Breakfast luke warm to cold. Buffet ran out a lot. Staff very friendly

The customer service was not servicial or kind. They gave me a room I did not booked. They never gave me extra blankets or refill the body wash in the shower. Need ro hire people with passion for hospitality.

I didn't like the area

It’s fine if you are arriving late and leaving early. Not really a hotel you want to hang around much. The rooms are very little. No coffee maker in room and breakfast ends pretty early at 9:30 during the week and we experienced tons of people at breakfast piling up their plates last minute. Area isn’t super great but maybe this is bc it’s downtown. We were here to just sleep and moved onto Miami the next morning.
