The only parking space was on the sidewalk, and it was full, so we had to park on the street (which was risky). The room also had a bad smell. On the bright side, the price was reasonable.

My 4-day stay was great. The price was reasonable, and the reception, security, and cleaning staff were all lovely and friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, beautiful and airy. The room is designed in a minimalist style, the interior is harmonious, creating a comfortable and relaxing feeling, with a desk, suitable for business travelers like me. The air is fresh, no unpleasant odors. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic in supporting. However, in the morning there is noise from outside (maybe from the staff or the cleaning lady), and the soundproofing system is not really good.

The motorbike parking lot is a bit small so the security guard helped me look after my motorbike while I went to my room for a while. If I came back late and knocked on the door, someone would open the door for me. I had put up a sign saying that the room did not need cleaning but the cleaning staff probably didn't notice so they came in to clean my room and rearrange the things in the room so when I got back to my room it took a while to find things, but nothing was lost.

The location is a bit far from the sea, about 2km. There is a co-op mart within walking distance of about 100m, and restaurants and pharmacies are about 150m away. It's a bit difficult to walk on foot. The room I was handed over by the hotel was a tight room with no windows. There was only one open window and it was blocked by 4 other sides of the buildings :))) so I felt very cramped. As for the quality of hygiene and room service, I am very satisfied, but the room location is too cramped and a bit difficult to breathe, just like the hotel location is a bit difficult to walk around.

Will return to the hotel when coming to Phu Yen.

Room as pictured, new hotel, enthusiastic staff. My room 501 had a broken toilet faucet but I've already moved in so I don't want to change. The hotel just needs to improve this part.

The hotel is clean and convenient for traveling. The staff is super nice and enthusiastic. Next time I visit Phu Yen, I will definitely come back. Because I went to Da Lat in a hurry, I only booked for 1 day and will stay longer later. Thank you everyone at the hotel.
