The sink was blocking the bathroom entrance, the old mattress was ugly, the water was slow to heat up.

The hotel staff, from reception to security, restaurant staff, and room attendants, were all friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

I wanted to provide comfort for you with the best and most expensive hotel in Tobelo, but it didn't meet expectations. The room was 750,000 Rupiah. For a hotel of that price, the service should be luxurious. However, the room's comfort was still lacking. The AC was directed directly at the bed (uncomfortable); the room was dusty (perhaps due to the volcanic ash in Tobelo); the towels were rough and needed to be renewed; there were only two pillows, and they weren't soft; the sink was very small. The food was also lacking in variety. For two days, the food was the same. The pickled vegetables tasted raw. The drinks were limited, just melon juice and water. The staff service was less than optimal, especially in the parking area at the back. The staff preferred parking hotel operational vehicles in a place that would protect guests' vehicles from the Dukono volcanic ash. When asked about this, their response was rather rude and impolite (they should speak to guests standing up, not answering casually while playing on their phones). The service at the front desk was good. However, the male receptionists who usually man the lobby at night need to be taught to smile more and take the lead in greeting. We hope this review will be helpful to hotel management and the North Halmahera Regional Government in advancing regional tourism.

Still the best hotel in Tobelo. Given the rural character of the area, it is an acceptable choice. Unfortunately there was little if no food available.

There is no other choice in this town,., very expensive hotels with bad breakfast. The property is good but dirty. But no option in this area. The others are just regular guest rooms

First day check in. Found a dead cockroach and a pile of hair on the bed. The next time I told the receptionist and asked to be cleaned. The cockroach only moved to the bathroom. Noisy. Sounds from outside the room could be heard clearly. Plus the staff is friendly.

Decent hotel in North Halmahera, in Tobelo to be precise. The room is quite good. Unfortunately the sink is too small for a hotel that charges such a high price. No tissue provided, no small towels, no hairdryer, no towel rails. The bathroom is like a home bathroom. Not worth the price offered. However, there is no other choice but this hotel if you want to have a comfortable stay in Tobelo.

A new hotel with fairly good facilities in Tobelo City, the rooms are quite spacious, the water is strong. The air conditioner is long enough to cool down but overall a great place.
