I stayed in Makassar because there was a funeral here. The location is very good and easy to access. However, what disappointed me with this hotel was the soundproofing. I came home from the funeral home at 11:30 PM and wanted to rest, but the next room had the TV turned on so loud that I had trouble sleeping. And they moved the bed, the sound penetrated my room. Luckily, I didn't hear the sound of people making love in the room. The second point that disappointed me was the food. It seemed like they had just cooked it. The taste was a mess. The second day, all the chef's dishes were salty and I couldn't eat them. The floor in the room was also very sticky, so I had to wear slippers in the room. It's really a shame, with a stay of almost 500 thousand rupiah a night, but the service and quality of a 300 thousand rupiah a night hotel. It feels too overpriced.
