It was a 12 nights stay, it was nice at the beginning but terrible every single day. The staff changed the room because the initial room given was smelly and kinda dirty. Then we moved to the other room. The room is quite spacious, but still dirty and the air was not fresh, the bathroom was smelly. The worst part of all, the staffs were rude, only one staff who was okay, but eventually also following his colleague’s attitude. They don’t even smile and very rude to the guests. Even when we have package or wants to get mineral water, they didn’t say anything and just continuing playing games. Overall, it was the worst stay I’ve ever had in my life. I would never recommend that place to anyone.

Ac nya rusak, kamarnya pengap dan berdebu, bantalnya keras. Ga ada enak enaknya. Ga recommended. Se nyesel itu, harganya juga agak mahal, udah gitu fasilitasnya juga biasa aja.
