There is no mineral water and hot water maker, if there is no such thing in the room, a gallon dispenser should be provided to get drinking water, both regular and hot water.

The AC in room 19 on the 3rd floor is not cold enough. It needs to be cleaned or freon added. Hopefully, it can be improved by providing bottled mineral water or refilling the gallon in the corridor.

It's okay for young people with healthy knees. But if you're an elderly person staying overnight, think twice because there's no elevator. The TV won't turn on, and the remote and brand aren't synced. But the cleanliness is excellent. The housekeeper came around in the morning to clean, and the blankets used the night before were also replaced. Thank you.
