So far, this hotel is good. The room is comfortable, and the facilities are okay. However, the service and staff friendliness, especially the security, are lacking. For guests who have paid hundreds or even millions to stay, there should be an initiative to offer help with carrying luggage, especially for those carrying a lot of items, like women. Guests would also be inclined to give a tip. That's all, but the room is okay 🙌🏻

The amenities provided were subpar; the kettle was broken and required confirmation before being replaced. Parking was inadequate, requiring guests to park outside the hotel for an additional fee, and vehicle keys had to be left behind.

This is my first time staying here. My son was sad that he couldn't swim, he said it was under maintenance 🤦. The room is small, when I opened the sink it leaked and made a creaking sound. When I wanted to drink, the glass was dusty. The breakfast only had a few menus (I didn't eat fried rice 👍 & noodles, the green chili chicken was hard, I didn't eat tempeh, the peanuts were hard and anchovies, the green bean and ginger porridge 👍, and the whole wheat bread was also hard, the chocolate was not tasty). Only the service was friendly & good.

The restaurant was dirty, and the food was also poorly presented. The hotel doesn't deserve a star rating or even a 3-star rating. This is a first-class or ordinary hotel. I was truly disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
