The room wasn't soundproof, so the noise from the next room was very disturbing to the other rooms. It was truly unpleasant.

The staff with black eyes are very impolite and unfriendly. The fat ones have the best service and smile a lot. If you don't bring children, you're only allowed one, but what about two? Management should provide a better briefing. For a nice hotel, it's a semi-apartment.

So far so good. But sorry to say. It seems the room doesn't match what I booked, judging from the photos on the app and the actual room. The Wi-Fi had a weak signal and wouldn't even connect when I tried on the day of check-in. There were no pajamas or bathrobes, even though they were in the photos. I made a note requesting a room with the best view, but instead I was given a view of a wall, hehe (the receptionist said if you want the best view, it's upstairs. Why didn't they tell me or give me that? I already requested it.) Hopefully, the hotel can improve with this feedback. Thank you.

For guests who have paid hundreds or even millions to stay, there should be an initiative to offer help with carrying luggage, especially for those carrying a lot of items, like women. Guests would also be inclined to give a tip. That's all, but the room is okay 🙌🏻

The amenities provided were subpar; the kettle was broken and required confirmation before being replaced. Parking was inadequate, requiring guests to park outside the hotel for an additional fee, and vehicle keys had to be left behind.

This is my first time staying here. My son was sad that he couldn't swim, he said it was under maintenance 🤦. The room is small, when I opened the sink it leaked and made a creaking sound. When I wanted to drink, the glass was dusty. The breakfast only had a few menus (I didn't eat fried rice 👍 & noodles, the green chili chicken was hard, I didn't eat tempeh, the peanuts were hard and anchovies, the green bean and ginger porridge 👍, and the whole wheat bread was also hard, the chocolate was not tasty). Only the service was friendly & good.
