I spent a night resting with family, my parents, and sister, last December, and it’s a friendly hotel for a wheelchair user, and we enjoyed the time there, the dining places around the hotel, the breakfast, and the peacefulness of that area despite it’s within a residential area.

It was really comfortable staying here until I extended my stay. The staff were all friendly and very responsive. The hotel was clean, and the location was really close to everything in the city center. There were lots of delicious places to eat around it.

Overall it's okay, but the soundproofing is lacking because the next room is noisy at 2:00 AM. Also, the puddle of water in the toilet wasn't flushed out in the sink area. And the hairdryer was broken 😅. But friendly...thanks you

A truly memorable holiday experience. The entire hotel was immaculately clean, from the entrance and parking lot to the lobby, rooms, restaurant, and bathrooms. It's easily accessible, strategically located, surrounded by numerous dining options, boasting a view of the Mount Salak complex, and offers a peaceful, quiet environment. The room amenities are excellent, with individual towels for hair and body. Television channels are varied. The food and beverage menu is very varied; of the several 4-star hotels we've visited, this one offers the most extensive breakfast options. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the food was delicious, and access to coffee shops and other youth hangouts was just a short walk away, so I didn't get bored in my room. I'll definitely be back to stay at Swiss-Bellin again next time.
