Like most boarding houses, it's quite affordable. It's comfortable, has cool air conditioning, and has a kitchen for cooking.

The inn staff were very kind and provided us with excellent service. Next time I'm in Balikpapan, I'll definitely stay here. Highly recommended.

I've stayed here twice because it's centrally located and I got a cheap price. This is a truly hidden gem, haha. The rooms are standard GH standards. The hot shower is also working. But it's a shame the TV and Wi-Fi don't work because there's no satellite box. Hopefully, the TV can be upgraded to a smart TV so you don't need a satellite box to watch TV/connect to Wi-Fi.

The staff is very friendly, maybe a little input for the TV in the room does not have any broadcast, if possible there should be a channel so we can watch.

Strategic location in the middle of the city, but a bit disappointed that the TV couldn't be turned on, the room was dark and musty and the room wasn't soundproof.

If I go to BPP, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is downtown and close to the mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It's great, right in the city center. Just a short walk ahead and you'll reach the beach.
