We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay, here we want to clarify that we do not make accusations without evidence, therefore there is photographic evidence regarding the condition of dirty linen when housekeeping cleaned your room, then according to hotel regulations the guest is obliged to reimburse the washing costs where the washing used different cleaning materials.
