Stayed for 2 nights was put in garden view room but all I could see was top of building which was noisy they did say we could change but the room was far to walk so decided to stay air conditioning wasn’t working so was really hot had to leave balcony door open and was constant noise which was a pain someone came out but issue wasn’t resolved I put the cleaning sign on door but cleaner changed the towels and left room uncleaned and took the sign so we couldn’t use again food was ok repetitive but always found something to eat but not the wow for me location was brilliant next to the beach so perfect for me that was the only thing good about this hotel

So much noise in most areas of the hotel such as heavy broken service doors used frequently by staff causing loud noise every minute, construction works and unscheduled maintenance using heavy machines that causing huge level of noise too. The room phones are NOT working too so you can’t call the reception to report any noises or any emergency. Moreover, the security staff at main road entrance and hotel gate are very rude and don’t treat residents with respect at all. Plus not allowing many of the taxis to enter the resort therefore every time you wanna get in or out of the resort you need to walk on foot for a few minutes.

As an international traveler, I stayed at this hotel for just one night, paying around $140 and honestly, it was not worth it at all. The hotel feels very old, and the furniture is worn out and outdated. For this price, I could have easily booked a much better and more comfortable hotel. The services I paid for did not meet my expectations, and overall the experience was disappointing. I also believe the rating on Expedia is significantly overrated and should be reconsidered. On top of that, the staff were not welcoming, which made the stay even less pleasant. I was also not allowed to enter the property by taxi through the main gate, which was very inconvenient especially with heavy luggage and a long walking distance. What made this even more frustrating is that I later saw other guests being allowed to enter by taxi. As a global traveler, I would not recommend this hotel even if the room price were under $50 per night.

Everything was nice, but bed were horrible - ordered 2 kings size beds- got something like 2 single beds with hole between them.

Nice stay in Sousse. Staff very accommodating. Hotel was very busy and we got an upgrade. I forgot my iPad and they called us to let us know. They could improve beach towels management...

The best hotel in Sousse

Vraiment un très bel hôtel. Nous avons passé une nuit avec mon mari. L’hôtel offre tout le confort, formule tout compris très intéressante. Piscine extérieur, intérieur si jamais il fait plus frais et lancées directe à la plage. La plage et la piscine extérieur disposent toutes les deux d’un bar dont tout est compris. Un snack avec un large choix également disponible près de la piscine. Possibilité de réaliser une séance photo avec des photographes. Hôtel à proximité de la médina et du port de Sousse. Pour se déplacer rien de plus simple les taxis vous attendent à la sortie de l’hotel Une chose est sûr nous y reviendrons

Overall the hotel is nice, would I stay here again, probably! Not a lot of entertainment on around the pool, the food is better than other hotels I’ve been in! Only down fall for me personally was the cleaner off the room, either the room wasn’t cleaned or when it was the only thing that was done was the bed had been made our jarmas where just chucked on top of our cases, never replenished the toilet paper have to ask for extra every day as none was giving to us.

Clean and convenient location.

We loved everything about the property, staff, food and drinks. Hotel and property was spotless, great variety of food and local things to try.

We came in March and everything was near perfect. Coming again not 9 weeks later it’s clear they we have come with a fresh pair of eyes.

Le séjour moyen , la femme de ménage n’est passé que une fois sur 4 jours mais heureusement que la femme a la sécurité était très agréable et me guider sinon en général bon séjour.

C'est décevant sur tous les plans. 3h d'attente pour avoir la chambre (16h40). 50% des résidents sont des enfants moins de 10 ans. Climatisation Hall et Restaurants est presque inexistante 32° au restaurant et 30° au Hall. Il faut réclamer à la réception à 21h pour qu'ils appellent le Directeur chez lui pour autoriser la Clim à la réception. Le All Inclus est limité à des boissons bas de gamme (Eau et Bière chaude, ...). Personnel en sous effectif. Des Verres jetables en plastique de bas de gamme ...
