Everything is ok except for the parking. When checking out, the front parking lot was mostly empty, but our car was still parked on the side of the downhill road, getting in and out of vehicles. The situation was like carrying a suitcase, even though the car key was in the security guard's office. It was really annoying to move it. Even though the room was nice, the service was all good, except for the car parking problem.

My 4-day stay with a 2-day extension was just so-so, nothing special. Compared to the staff at D'Prima in Makassar and Tangerang, it was a far cry. Especially compared to D'Prima in Tangerang, where I've been traveling back and forth. Excellent Service. (+) 1. Strategic location in the city center. 2. Friendly housekeeping and restaurant staff. 3. Delicious food. 4. Competitive room rates. (-) 1. The bathtub was slippery, and I slipped once. 2. The hand soap near the sink wasn't refilled during my 4-day stay with 2 days. 3. My luggage was left next to the table when checking out, and when I picked it up, it was still in the same location. It wasn't placed in the Luggage Room. 4. The handle for the soap dispenser came off twice and was difficult to pull. 5. I only got one room key, which can't be duplicated.

Recommended hotel when in Balikpapan, the service is friendly, the facilities are good, when you are in the hotel room it is not scary.

I have stayed here many times and it is cheaper to buy directly from the hotel website.

The AC in room 201 is not cold... I've asked several times at the beginning whether the AC is problematic or not... they said it was safe... Turns out it's bad
