The hotel staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is lively and exciting, with plenty of culinary options nearby. It's right across from the mall.

The room, although a bit small, was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also spotless, with hot water. The neighborhood is bustling with viral culinary sceneries. The Paskal 23 Mall is directly in front of the hotel, and there's also a free shuttle bus to the KAI station. It's really great.

Honestly, this was my first time in Bandung, so I didn't want to have a bad experience. I searched for hotel recommendations on TikTok and found this one very close to the mall lobby, and I slipped and got there. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though I have a very active toddler. They provided a breakfast of instant noodles/toast. Although it stated there was no breakfast, they allowed me to ask for hot water repeatedly. Really friendly! If I go back to Bandung tomorrow, I already know where else to stay.
