The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room did not have adequate soundproofing. I could hear people talking from outside. The bolsters were almost black due to wear and tear and they made me uncomfortable. They need to be replaced.

Strategically located, close to the station and Cirebon town square. Clean rooms, cool air conditioning, and excellent service.

The hotel was not comfortable, the shower was broken and had to be replaced.

This is my second time staying at MD7. Please note that the bed sheet set should be updated, maybe it has been washed too often, the color is no longer white... it is very moldy and has stains... for disgusting guests it must be disgusting... As for the cleanliness of the room, it is still okay. The bed sheet set is what you need to pay attention to!!!!

Please upgrade your TV to Android so you can watch Netflix.

Overall, everything was great and nice, but check-out was a real waste of time. I had to wait over 5 minutes while the staff checked each room one by one. Please think of a different solution.

Every time I go to Cirebon, I always stay at MD7 Cirebon, but this is the first time I've had a room that makes me uncomfortable. I intended to stay to rest, but instead I couldn't sleep because there were lots of bed bugs on my bed and pillows that sucked my blood and made my body itchy. Please replace room 719 with a bed full of bed bugs.

The hotel is strategically located... you don't have to go far to get anywhere... one of the recommendations for those who want to stay and enjoy culinary delights in Cirebon.
