Quiet, comfortable, and clean atmosphere minus slow wifi

I've actually stayed here a few times, but it's gotten increasingly uncomfortable. And the last time I got a room was this awful. It was so damp that the walls and floor looked like they'd been mopped, and the pillows and everything else were incredibly dirty. I'd have left that night rather than get sick from the dampness.

Staying at Social Hub is fine... The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, there is hot water, the AC is very cold... The sheets are a bit dull but clean... The food, try the fried rice, there is too much pepper but it's still okay for emergencies😁... The parking lot is very spacious, but it's a shame that it's a bit far to go everywhere because it's a circle... There's not a supermarket so if you need to buy something it's a bit difficult if you don't have a vehicle... But it's comfortable to live here, it's not noisy... Thanks Social Hub🙏

Ample free parking for motorbikes and cars. Check-in is easy with a barcode scanner. Friendly receptionists. A deposit is required in the form of an ID card. Complete amenities, neat and clean rooms with smart TVs and bathrooms with shower water heaters. Wi-Fi can be a bit slow at times. There are snack stalls and a laundry service in front of the hotel. There's a cafe upstairs.

The AC is cold, the room is clean. The staff is friendly. It's just not soundproof, and you have to turn off the AC if you want to use the hairdryer. Overall, it's good. I'll stay here again if I go to Jakarta.

From the front, the hotel looked okay, but when I got my room key and entered my room, the room was damp. The bathroom floor was slippery and wouldn't dry easily. The bottom of the bathroom wall (made of ceramic) was yellow and slippery, as if it hadn't been cleaned. I stayed for two nights. On the second day, breakfast wasn't delicious, and when I took a shower around 7 a.m., the water wouldn't come out (luckily, I had already finished). When I complained and checked out, the staff said, "I think the water tank is empty."

Stayed 3 nights, water was off every day until night. Complained and still ignored. Room was dirty with lots of sand.
