An experience I will never forget.

When we first arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't ready because the renovations had just finished, and the smell of paint on the walls hadn't been swept or mopped, so there was a lot of dust. So, after a long journey from Surabaya, we had to wait again. Plus, my 6-year-old son saw a ghost in room 103—oh my God, he ran away, and the toilet door slammed shut really hard, even though there was no air or fan inside. It was a scary experience.

The hotel is not well maintained. It does not match what is uploaded in the app. If the price is that much, you get it, don't expect much.

According to the price, the place is a bit old but clean. What made me choose here is because it is close to the lake and other hotel options were already full 😁

I didn't end up staying here even though I had booked and paid. there was no/could not communicate with the hotel manager. after I arrived I complained and was answered that I didn't know and didn't know by the hotel staff. really if there was a minus 100 value..
