First, you get a room with water seeping in the walls, so the floor is wet (muddy) and the mattress is badly damp. Ask the clerk to change rooms if you can. In the second room the AC is cold but the room smells very, very musty, especially if the AC is turned off. The toilet also emits an unpleasant odor even though it has a blower. The bed linen has lots of stains, such as not being replaced or not being washed. What surprised me the most was the hotel's initiative to clean the room without any request from me and when I was not there. Because as far as I know the room cleaning service is only done when there is a request from the customer. Need to improve the service a lot.
