Checked in the room, there was no info on the condition of the room, what happened: 1. Entering the room, it turned out that it wasn't right, there were intact 2 used towels stuck in the toilet. (What is the SOP for the room that is being rented out?) 2. The air conditioner is not cold even though the temperature is already 17, apparently EC errors often appear (this is intentionally so that the customer gets too hot?) 3. It's clear that there is 1 room left wrong but booking orders are not opened in the application (does this really need money?) 4. Customers complain about air conditioning and about borrowing towels, there is no option to change facilities (cheap room rental SOPs do have to make customers annoyed, right?). The price is only 120, but the facilities are good, such as hotels. strategic location. Satisfied.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the facilities and arrangements in the rooms are like a hotel. Good and friendly service. Very quiet place to rest. Located in the middle of the city close to well-known universities in Malang and culinary tours.
