The staff's service attitude was unfriendly and unenthusiastic. It was as if they were trying to extort money from the customers, deliberately blaming them to get compensation. The problem was with one of our rooms, and I had already paid for it. But the staff kept finding faults that weren't ours, so I presented evidence to argue, and they gave up.
