I was really happy to have the opportunity to stay here. The hotel is quite comfortable, but there are no facilities for children, but the purpose of staying here was because I was looking for a place to rest. Luckily, there is a TV in the room so it's quite entertaining.

The hotel is not very clean, the toilets and the smell of toilet waste are a bit spooky, and the breakfast served is all cold and does not comply with the Hospitality Standard Operating Procedures.

Starting from the security and reception team, they were very communicative. There was even a security guard whose name I forgot (I didn't see his badge). He was very attentive and helpful. He was very friendly and always greeted guests. Even my friend who came to visit was greeted with kindness. Overall, Hotel Fieris offers a pleasant vacation experience away from home.

I've stayed here twice. Everyone from security to the front desk is incredibly friendly. I stayed here because I had a weekend at work. It's not far from the office.
