I booked a room early and was very excited to check in. However, when I arrived, the hotel owner took me to a room in the basement parking lot (which seemed to be for staff) and said that they did not have time to change the price and had already informed Traveloka, and blamed me for not contacting the hotel in advance to confirm, while I had paid in advance by card. Then she said "I did not force you to check in" and "it's okay if you only stay for 1 night, what's the problem" and said she would refund if I did not accept. In the end, because I was not satisfied with the room (because it was not the same as the photo on the app), she did not refund the full amount I had booked through the app. I consider this a lesson, but the way the hotel does business is really disappointing, not worth experiencing, coming back or recommending to anyone.
