The service is undeniable; it's excellent and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Accessibility is a bit difficult, and the hotel is quite far from tourist attractions. Otherwise, it's very pleasant and affordable.

Ordered fried rice and black tea from the hotel cafe... turned out the hotel ordered online... and the food was already cold. If you can't prepare it yourself, there shouldn't be a menu option. Waited almost an hour, but it turned out you bought it online. If it were online, I could have just bought it myself. Sorry, I'm giving an honest review so no one gets caught out.

Deep cleaning is essential because the air we breathe is typically damp, with mold, dust, and insects on the walls. We're still concerned. The bathroom's sanitation is poor, with a distinct smell of cockroaches and urine. Consider holding a serious meeting to discuss plans for a deep cleaning, cleaning the AC, and checking to see if the bathroom exhaust fan is working.

The place is clean and comfortable to rest. I want to come back again.

Room 201, the AC smelled musty. Even though I asked for it to be cleaned, the smell remained the same. As a result, the door was left open all night and the AC was turned off. The staff refused to reprimand the noisy and loud visitors/guests/stayers from midnight until dawn. The shower gel was broken/out of stock, even though I asked the staff, but it still couldn't be used.

Comfortable according to the price, the guards are friendly.

If I go to Jogja again, I think I will stay at this hotel again because the price is affordable but I get a good hotel.

The hotel was nice and the service was friendly. However, when I asked for a double bed in the app, I was given a single bed instead. The room size I was given wasn't the one I was supposed to book. The bathroom floor was a bit wet and slippery. The app should have said there were no garden or mountain views if the windows were covered with stickers. The walls are also made of GRC, so knocking on the next room was audible.
