The room was clean, but the facilities weren't very safe. While we were staying there, a curtain hanger fell and hit my husband on the head, causing a head injury. However, the hotel staff was helpful enough to take him to the hospital. We hope to pay more attention to the safety of hotel equipment and facilities in the future.

Perfect for a family vacation, with a coffee shop for a more enjoyable experience. The rooms have a classic concept, so they don't feel like a hotel, but rather like home. Good job.

The cleanliness and tidiness are fine, but if you're staying alone and there are no other room occupants, the atmosphere is scary. The fried rice for breakfast is also a bit bland.

The location is perfect for those who frequently visit Bantul or Prawirotaman. An old house converted into a guesthouse. The fried rice for breakfast is delicious. At most, upon check-in, you'll have to ask for all the water (sink and toilet) to be turned on.

Why go to a hotel in Jogja? To a hostel. Reisban is one of them. For those looking for a slow-living experience in Jogja, this hostel is perfect. Classic building, plenty of places to sit and chat or read a book. Very Jogja. Breakfast? Homemade fried rice with omelet and Javanese tea. No need to bother choosing what to eat like in a hotel, just eat what's provided while chatting with family. In short, for those looking for an experience in Jogja and bored of hotels, this place offers a guaranteed memorable experience.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The price was affordable, the place was clean, and despite being an old house, it didn't feel creepy or scary. It was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

I stayed here on September 20th, and only for one night. Overall, I was very satisfied and happy. Since I still had time before check-in, I decided to have coffee at the coffee shop, and surprisingly, the coffee was delicious. It was also affordable. The receptionist was very friendly and always smiling. I got room 2, with twin beds. There were towels on each bed. There were also two bottles of water. The blanket and sheets were clean. The room, although small, was beautiful and, in my opinion, just the right size. The bathroom was clean, had hot water, and the AC was really cold. The TV channels were plentiful and clear. The Wi-Fi password will be sent by the Reisban admin via WhatsApp. And since the gate closes at 11 PM, be sure to let them know in advance if you're going to be home later than that. Their phone number is posted on the back of the room door. With a room rate of only around 200 rupiah per night and breakfast included, it's truly a great deal. Moreover, if you want coffee, just order at the coffee shop, and if you need snacks, you can also go directly to the coffee shop. The coffee shop is only open until 3:30 PM. Perhaps to avoid the noise, the coffee shop is open until late so that guests don't feel disturbed. The hotel is located near Prawirotaman, so it's still close to everywhere, but not as busy as the streets in Prawirotaman, making it perfect for those who don't really like busy roads. It's also close to Superindo.

In my opinion, the best, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, smells good, the staff is very friendly and very homey, I stayed for 2 nights, I was very happy, the cafe has good coffee, the price is cheap, it is close to Prawirotaman which has lots of foreigners, it is also close to culinary ❤️😘
