Quick response from staff when complaining about AC.

The place is nice, but some bathroom amenities are lacking, like the lack of a hairdryer. Other than that, the place is comfortable.

A suitable hotel for transit, unfortunately yesterday the swimming pool was under repair.

Got a room on the 2nd floor. Overall, the room size was small, no problem, the only problem was that there was only one power outlet on the left. The small bathroom size was still okay, but what was annoying was the shower location, facing the bathroom door. The problem was, the fixed shower couldn't be repositioned and the shower spray was strong enough to go outside the bathroom. The horizontal shower placement with the bathroom position made it very cramped, to take a shower you had to stick to the shower curtain. The receptionist was not very responsive in welcoming guests: guests had to ask first, not the typical "welcome, can I help you?", even though it was still 7-8 pm. Parking for cars inside the narrow fence was limited, while the car park next to it didn't seem to have any security guards on duty.

Good service, okay room, for future suggestions maybe more tables and chairs could be added for breakfast because when there are lots of people having breakfast there are no tables and chairs to eat at.

Aahhh, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The service was excellent. The facilities met my expectations. The rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi signal was excellent. There's a swimming pool for both adults and children. The kids loved staying at this hotel. The receptionists and other staff were all friendly, thank you to all the kind hotel staff! 🥰

Affordable, great facilities. Feedback: Soundproofing needs to be improved. Laughter from the room next door was still audible.
