My first experience renting an apartment by travelio, the deposit was really big, 300k had to be transferred first and then given the key, already when I wanted to enter the apartment, the security guard asked me where to go and so on? Ouch, I have got headache! I don't use travelio anymore, a 300k deposit will be returned tomorrow or a maximum of 5 days. It's a bit of a shock that the deposit was held for so long. The apartment is okay but the travelio system is difficult to accept. Thank you.
