The resort is close to the center; I borrowed a bicycle there and it only took about 10 minutes to get to the Old Town. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the pool always had staff on duty, the reception was friendly and helped me with a late check-out, and I even received two complimentary Hoi An Memories hats, haha.

I was quite satisfied with my stay here. I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The resort is near the Ancient Town, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was beautiful, with a stunning river view. It was peaceful, private, and very relaxing. The resort also has a kids' club and a spa, which are great amenities for families. I really loved my stay here and would definitely recommend this resort.

The trip was fantastic! The only downsides were that the pool closed at 7:00 PM! And cycling on the island wasn't allowed after 5:00 PM! The upside was that the hotel was very thoughtful; if anyone forgot sunscreen, mouthwash, pain relief balm, sanitary pads, etc., the hotel provided everything – you just needed to bring your own! 🤌 Excellent support! 💥

I have been to Hoi An many times, and this is the second time I have stayed here. The scenery is interesting, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, creating a comfortable feeling. Especially the breakfast is quite tasty and full of European and Asian dishes. Will come back soon.

The hotel has full amenities, close to the center. Hoi An Memories Show is very good.

The staff was extremely indifferent. When a customer came back from the rain, when they got to the lobby to go back to their room, the rain was so heavy that they couldn't go back to their room. The customers talked to each other and said that the rain was so heavy that they would get wet. The staff sat and watched and didn't offer any suggestions of getting an umbrella, they just looked and ignored them. When the rain didn't stop, the customer asked to borrow an umbrella again, so they signed a form to lend it to them.

Super ok room. River view, opposite Hoi An memory park so it's very convenient to watch the show and come back. Room service is great, there's a welcome drink, 2 conical hats are given away. There's a bicycle to go to the old town. Breakfast is also great.

I saw Quoc and Trang, the receptionists, were cheerful and enthusiastic. All the staff at the resort were very nice. This place is a must try if you intend to stay here.

Very close to the old town, the surrounding is cool, clean and quiet, beautiful swimming pool, beautiful photos, you can borrow a bike, go through the memory park and watch the mini show for free, but the breakfast has a few dishes.
