The staff was enthusiastic, I checked in early at 5:30 am. The owner was very friendly, very close to the market and famous places in Da Lat, and they even rented motorbikes at the hotel ❤️ great!

I had a lovely stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is near the night market. The staff were very friendly and nice. I arrived in Dalat in the morning, but they even let me check in earlier without any additional charge. We talked and they even gave me some recommendations about good places in Vietnam for my next visits. Would love to go back there next time I visit Dalat!

"The perfect place from which to explore Dalat. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices. Really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Room decor is beautiful, clean, fragrant. However, at this price, the room has no windows so it's a bit stuffy. Reception 24/24 There is a hot water machine to help with the cold. One more thing is that the hotel is very empty so it's a bit scary for ghosts. (Da Lat has had a lack of tourists lately so almost all hotels are like that) Giving 4 stars is because the page message was not answered, when we arrived there was no one to welcome us, the neighbor kept calling until we realized 🙂

The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the stay is ok.. reasonable price of 280k/room... but I checked in early at 11am and there was a surcharge of 100k (in general, it's okay). -There is a Receptionist who is about to let the 4th floor without an elevator carry tired suitcases, and rent a scooter for 130k/day which is a bit high compared to around 30k. The stylized male receptionist seemed unhappy, arrogant, and unfriendly

Had a good experience stay in here. There's a lot restaurant, street food, and also convenience store nearby at hotel. Not to far from city centre and famous lake in Dalat.

Overall good service, wc should put scented wax in, wc has a musty smell. P is clean.

Điểm cộng: - Nhân viên nhiệt tình, giải đáp và xử lý các vấn đề của tụi mình nhanh chóng. - Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, được vệ sinh, thay ga giường hàng ngày Điểm trừ: - Mình ở tầng 4 mà không có thang máy nên leo bộ hơi nhọc chút. - Nước hôm mình đi bị yếu - hôm đầu tiên không tắm được, hôm sau thì ok nhưng vẫn yếu (mình có hỏi bạn nhân viên thì bạn ý bảo là do cả khu đấy thời gian đó bị thế) - nên là hên xui nha các mẹ =)))

Nội thất phòng ổn. Tuy nhiên thái độ nhân viên lòi lõm, lễ tân Nam Mập Mập thái độ ra mặt trong khi mình chưa yêu cầu bất cứ 1 dịch vụ nào. Chưa bao giờ mình gặp 1 bạn nhân viên nào tệ như v. 12h check out 9h27p nhắn đòi phòng. Phòng 242k checkin söm 3 tiêng phụ thu 200k quá trời md,trong khi phòng trống rất nhiều. Đà Lat quá nhiều sự lựa chọn khách sạn cho khách nên không thiếu sự lựa chọn. Đây là ý kiến khách quan của riêng mình đã trãi nghiệm dịch vụ luu trú tại đây. Mình mong chủ khách sạn thấy đx rw này để nâng cấp dịch vụ khách sạn kinh doanh tốt hơn về mãn chăm sóc khách hàng với cách phụ vụ của nhân viên. Riêng mình sẽ không bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này 1 lần nào nữa dù bạn có tốt hơn. B nào có ý định đến khách sạn luu trú tại đây thì xem tham khảo. Thanks so much👌🏿
