The villa is poorly maintained, full of cobwebs. The upstairs bedroom has black mold and leaks when it rains. The grass is covered in animal droppings, causing flies to flock inside.

We had a very pleasant stay in this villa. All was nice from the early check-in, location, the host, and the villa itself. Pak Irwan was very helpful, responsive, and attentive towards our requests and needs. Thank you!

The villa staff is quite friendly and responsive. The house is clean, only one room had a dead cockroach, and it seems like some of the mattresses need to be replaced because they sink in when you sleep on them. And what I really like is that the owner is very kind, allowing a late checkout due to traffic jams in Puncak, so it's better to wait at the villa. Overall, it's okay.

The villa is nice and clean, it looks like it hasn't been completely renovated for a long time. Good wifi, good TV, good Karoke, good hot water, good kitchen, good bed. Overall it's good minus the lack of AC but the price offered is really good too so it's appropriate. The process of entering and leaving the villa is also not complicated, it's quite satisfying for a short weekend here.

This accommodation is perfect for gatherings with friends or a staycation with a partner. The place is simple but neat & cozy. Lots of rooms, all facilities can be used, comfortable, friendly owner. Really satisfied anyway. 🙏

Very nice villa for holidays with family. Okay location, comfortable place, complete facilities. Very satisfy. Very good service. Definitely a vacation choice for my family.

1. There is no emergency preparation. The lights go out from 31/12/2022 at 3 am until 18.00 pm, at 20.00 it goes out again until 21.00. The frozen food that we brought was stored in the refrigerator, until it was partially damaged. The villa did not prepare an emergency tool in the form of a generator. Asked for a candle at first, they were told to buy it themselves, after the debate, they were given the candle. 2. The room below is to the right of the bathroom when it rains it leaks onto the mattress. 3. The next day, 1/1/2023, after we celebrate the new year, we sleep at 3 am, at 8.30 am asked via WA what time do you want to check out? After I asked for an information dispensation at 13.00, we were forced to check out at 11 noon because there were guests who wanted to check in that afternoon. Finally, I debated for a long time and was given to follow the hotel check-out rules at 12. Need more training for the villa maids. That was the unsatisfactory service we experienced while celebrating holidays with our extended family at the turn of the 2022-2023 New Year.

One of the best villas I've ever rented, from a relatively cheap price for 6 rooms and quite complete facilities.

Alhamdulillah villanya bagus, sesuai dengan foto di aplikasi. Penjaga villanya baik dan responsif. Pintu kamar mandi sepertinya sudah diganti dan tidak bermasalah seperti yang dikhawatirkan. Mic karaoke berfungsi normal. Yang saya suka halaman depannya luas atas bawah.

The villa is in a fairly large and clean housing estate. Only the bathroom smells from the drains so it's not comfortable, the room is a bit stuffy without AC, it's better to install AC in the future. Karaoke kavel to be repaired, don't like yesterday, the guard was asked to charge 50 thousand to rent a mike cable.

The view is very good, the room is spacious but from 3 toilets only 1 can be locked but the villa manager, very good fast response karaoke tools work well.

This affordable villa is very comfortable, in addition to complete facilities, the place is very clean and well maintained. Maybe because it's still a new building. The only drawback is that the toilet door near the back room does not have a lock. So I was worried if I wanted to spend a long time on the toilet. But overall okay. Don't hesitate to staycation here.
