Good, spacious rooms, only the ac is not cold.

Very bad, inadequate facilities. Tv heater and very uncomfortable room.

Maaf banget. Tapi servicenya kurang. Pertama datang dapat kamar yang token listriknya 0. Untuk pergantian kamar harus bolak balik lobby. Pegel mas 🙏🏻 niatnya istirahat malah emosi. Dapet kamar tapi kasurnya ada yang keluar gini springernya. Lumayan tajam. Pintu shower gabisa ditutup, wastafel ga nyala airnya. Selimut ada seperti bekas rayap. Maaf banget. Tapi ini beneran saya review apa adanya. Semoga ada perbaikan

The rooms do not match the photos, the wifi is disturbed, the TV antenna is not optimal.

Bad interior, bad room, bad facilities. The water heater wasn't working properly, the room is a semi furnished so its almost like an empty room with a bed. No kitchen like any other apartments rent. Even the walls are damp and peeling.

Free wifi facilities, but the wifi can't be used, the shower is broken, can't take a shower, the warm water is also broken, the air conditioner feels like a fan. Lobby and cool rooms in the lobby.

Internet does not work, water heater does not work, pillows are not comfortable

check in process took hours. from 2.30 pm I was waiting on the line, then get a room on 6 pm. the bed sheet & the bed cover was dirty. I can see some stain. probably they haven't change it from previous user. no toiletries, no mineral water, no towels provided.
